I love fast speed and the wind in my face.
I cannot speed anymore because I am being good. (see my cruise control post)
I understand the lack of practicality in having a car
that you can only drive 4 months of the year,
but I have not given up that someday I will have one,
two seats, no roof.
My driving abstract will be clear,
and I can go flying down the country roads,
with the wind whipping my hair, and the music blaring.
Kickin' up some dust.
So when my husband came home to tell me he had heard about a little Miata
that he thought might satisfy my dream,
he proceeded to tell me about horsepower, engines, mileage ,
the size and conditions of the tires, the ragtop mechanisms,
repair costs, and insurance premiums, I stopped him short.
I do not need this irrelevant information.....
I don't care about that, I tell him.....
I need to know what colour it is.
My next question,
How much is a paint job?
Now I know that is really stereotypical woman behaviour,
but really ladies, colour is important. Don't you agree??
My husband sent me this e mail today.
If women ruled the World.......

My response to him..."brilliant".
So, do you have dream wheels and,
most importantly, what colour does it have to be?

currently? my dream car is a pacifica...before that a caravan. My *real* dream car? A Velorian from back to the future (spelling?)
My sister has a Miata. I won't ride in it although it's cool looking - red with black leather interior. If I'm gonna die in a car wreck, I refuse to go in a sardine can no matter how nice looking the sardine can is.
I'd like to have.....hmmm...oh yeah - caddie. no doubt 'bout that. the escalade? is that right? i'm bad with names.
mg sports convertable black of course with all leather trim and wheels that spin long after you turn the engine off ;) Now wait for the other fifty thousand responses in here sneding you " the look"
Jag is the car of my dreams. Fully loaded, leather seats, and a dark forest green. Yep that is my dream.
I love the email your hubby sent you. Color is important, sheesh everyone knows that!
Yup, a Jag for me too.
But that lovely pearlized white that looks all glittery in the sun.
definately a jag, I LOVE those cars.
maybe when I win the lottery....
Anything would be better than my gray safari van I drive now. So unsexy. I think my dream car right now would be a small SUV like a CRV or Xterra. Any color would be better than gray. I lean towards shades of red.
That new Thunderbird is awfully cool though!
I don't really have a dream car, but I just bought a red Vibe. I love it!
