A "Guilt Free Day" for me is a rarity.
As I am sure it is for most of you.
It took a long time for me to learn to take full advantage of them.
To milk them for all they are worth, so to speak.
I woke up this morning fully prepared for a day full of one longggggggg meeting after another.
Worked hard last night to have everything done to ease the day.
Prepared for meeting.... check
House in order...... sorta
Crock ready to turn on for supper.... yep
Shower, coffee, boys to school ( I have an extra this week),
Briefcase packed, car started....
and the phone call.
Cancelled.
And I do the dance of joy while still on the phone.
Today, I can putter through life.
And putter I will. :-)

Those days are rare and great! Most especially when they are unexpected.

Enjoy your day Hope!

Oh how wonderful! Live in the moment, and live life fully. In my book puttering is considered one of the finer points of living fully.

Enjoy!

How absolutely beautiful! And if your day in Alberta is anything like our day in BC - it's one to snuggle up with your favourite cup of tea and read!!
Thanks for the welcome back to blogworld. How fun to re-connect!
I am having a kid-free day myself. Even the work is somewhat enjoyable! :)
