Fridays leftovers........

And tonight it's St Kate's homemade lasagna :)....
my dearest friend and sister of the heart is in town.
Tonight, the grandma's ( that's us), will babysit the grand babies
while the parents have a child free night on the town.
The parents don't know, that St Kate and I
have planned the Pajama Party of the Century.
After the children are in bed.

Let the Wild Ruckus begin.............
  • Thank you all for your healing prayers and energy. They are needed more than ever. The recovery is arduous, but steady and great comfort is being brought to the family by wonderful acts of kindness and charity.
  • Is anyone else having problems not being able to comment on blogs.... about half the time I visit, I'm not allowed to open the comment sections.
  • I am out of jury duty. Never even called my number. But all was not lost. I learned a valuable lesson that day, I'd like to pass on.........When sitting on folding metal chairs, do not turn your cell phone on vibrate and stuff it your back pocket. It disrupts the proceedings.
  • my son's double badminton team has made it to provincials. As this is his first year, I had no idea that because badminton is a "game of etiquette" there is no cheering from the fans. None. Nada, not one freakin sound or mumble. As a hockey/soccer/baseball mom, it's instinctual , I mean why the heck are you there? I have been able to kept myself in check so far, but it's tough.

leftovers today are the opposite of me, short and sweet. It's raining, I'm lazy.

Could it be that you are not signed in to your own blog when you try to comment?..That's the one thing New Blogger seems to insist on.

Have a nice weekend!

I've had the same prob, Hope. I think it is a problem with java. I've tried to update but am having trouble with my computer accepting the new updates from java.

Go to "tools" button at top of page and make sure "status bar" is checked. Then hover your mouse over the link you're having trouble connecting to. Look at bottom of page at your status bar and see if you have an "http://..." link showing or if it says something about javascript. If it is the latter, you have a problem on your end with java. Try updating java.

Hasn't worked for me yet but there is definitely an update that I cannot retrieve...version 11 or something...I must be having other problems too.
