I haven't been for a couple of years, and always loved it.
Problem was, my best friend and yoga pal moved away, and I had no one that I was sure would wake me up after the relaxation part of the session. (oh yeah, and I was too lazy to go by myself)
Being an economical sort, our Community Centre had a a program that
,amoung other things ,
allowed you to atend all drop in sessions, including yoga for twelve weeks.
Works for me.
So I signed up.
Got home, and read the brochure.
- physical assessment and trainer designed program
- weekly meeting with trainer
- three times weekly cardio workouts 5:30am
- 5 classes on various areas of health and wellness.
- etc
- final assessment
and the fine print: can attend all drop in sessions.
I don't think I would have signed up had I read the large print,
but this might be a good time.
I have yet to tell my family, because as much as they love me,
they will fall on the floor laughing in disbelief when they find out.
I'll keep you posted.

Good luck! I will be looking forward to hearing how you do. I need to join some sort of exercise class myself. Yoga sounds interesting.
you see we always read the fine print first ;) I hope it is awesome for you and relaxing as well
You don't actually have to show up at 5:30 AM do you???
Good luck! Anything that you can stick with is worth it!
Yes you have to show up at that ungodly hour. I read the fine print, it says nothing about being concious.
5:30? You're already in better shape than me if you got the strength to haul yourself out of the sack that early.
