Gina asked a great question on her Friday poll.
Who would play you in a movie about your life?, she asked.
You'll have to visit her to see how I answered,
but it cleared another path for me to wander....

What would be the message of " The Movie of my Life "?

A decade or so ago, I attended a planning and goal setting workshop,
dedicated to assigning priorities to the values you want to uphold,
and the things that are important to you.

What matters most.

This was one of the exercises we did:

"It is your 80th Birthday, and all of your family, friends,
neighbours and community have gathered to honour you.
What are the things they would say about you.

Gina's question reminded me of this exercise,
and I dug through my boxes and found my old assignment,
and copies of other revisions that I'd written through the years.
I'm going to revise it again.
It reminds me of what I want my life to be.
What is truly important.

Wow, Hope, that's a great question that workshop posed.

You are really making me think a lot.

I wonder if they will say, "Gina should have blogged more?"

Probably not.

Excellent question......

the answer takes some thinking to come up with.
