Dinner is served.............

Baskets of Wildberry Bannock with Butter and Jam

Selection of Smoked Fish and Caviar
served on a Bed of Wild Dandelion Leaves with Yogurt Dressing

Butter Squash and Apple Bisque
with Dried Apple Chips

Wild Alberta Rose Sorbet

Blacken Stone Broiled Salmon
Pinewood Smoked Buffalo with a
Rich Wild Mushroom Glaze
Open Flamed Chicken Breast with Dried Berries
Selection of Root Vegetables and Wild Rice Crepes

Native Pastry Tee pee with Milk Chocolate Mousse,
Mountain Berry Coulis and Dark Chocolate Poles.
( A work of art! I took a picture!!)

Definitely the most extravagant meal I have ever attended.
Served exquisitively, over a two and a half hour period.

And I was distracted through the whole meal.
Of course I thought of my poor injured son,
but I also kept thinking......
wild dandelion leaves!
man there's got to be a way to make money from those weeds that grow wild all over my lawn all summer....

If I had high speed all the time there is a possibility of me developing an addiction.
